Disclosure Stakeholder Consultation Meeting

On May 7, 2025, FIAN Zambia was among the stakeholders that participated in the disclosure stakeholder consultation with Goviex. The meeting focused on Goviex’s proposed uranium mining project in Chirundu and Siavonga, particularly reviewing updates on the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). In attendance was the Office of the Vice President’s Resettlement Department.
